We take the label of an "ESSENTIAL" business very serious and are doing everything possible to be properly staffed and equipped for the coming Tucson heat, which in itself is a matter of public health. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our customers and employees. We continue to monitor and adhere to all CDC guidelines relevant to our industry and have made modifications to our routines in order minimize interactions and risks associated with COVID-19.
-Any employee experiencing flu like symptoms has been instructed to stay home and will be sent home if these symptoms are exhibited in the work space.
-We have been regularly cleaning and sanitizing our office, shop, restrooms and work spaces.
-All work vehicles and office/shop restrooms have been stocked with hand sanitizer and employees have been instructed to use before and after any interactions.
-All work vehicles are stocked with rubber gloves and shoe covers and all employees have been instructed to use a fresh pair while working inside any dwelling.
-We will not process any credit card payments in the field and will take all payments over the phone.
-We will avoid having customers handle tablets in the field and all invoices/work-orders will be emailed.
-We will avoid unnecessary interaction on job sites and not enter dwellings if at all possible, which may require communication by phone between technicians and customers with regards to operating thermostat etc.
The majority of the work/repairs that we do are outside, however please let us know if anyone within the dwelling is ill or experiencing symptoms prior to scheduling. If at any you time you need to reschedule an appointment feel free to call our office and we will be happy to do so.
